WELCOME TO SOUTHPORT STROLLERS RUNNING CLUB

We meet at Dunes, Leisure Centre Southport. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our members have the option of running 4km, 5km or 6km which takes them around the Marine Lake. Our Monday interval sessions are held in various locations around Southport. We believe in supporting and encouraging our members to help them achieve their running goals, through advice, companionship and encouragement. We are here, for our runners, whether they are new to the sport, or have ‘years of miles’ under their belts.

COME ALONG FOR A FREE TASTER RUN

We are a members only club. We know it can be a big commitment to join a new club, so we hold Taster Run Sessions every week. Come along, run with the group and see if we’d be a good fit for you, with no pressure to join.

OUR TRAINING SESSIONS

Every week, the club hosts a range of organised training activities for our members. All led by our qualified run leaders.

OUR SOCIAL RUNS

Special run events, where members can challenge themselves over new courses, distances or timed runs.

BECOME A MEMBER

You can join us today, our annual membership is only £15. Which entitles you to take part in all of our runs and social events.

You also have the option to affiliate to England Athletics, benefits and details are included in our Welcome Pack.

THE RED SQUIRREL 10K TRAIL RACE 2026

This years race was a huge success and once all costs were covered, we were delighted to be able to donate £1350 to both Queenscourt Hospice and Southport Soup Kitchen.
